Please be advised that if you were issued a Warning Letter on the Retention Policy by REG at the beginning of the 2nd semester, you can have access to online enlistment and enroll for Summer 2014 ONLY if you RETURN the ACCOMPLISHED Summer Enrollment Agreement (SEA) form duly signed by your parents or guardian. Forms are now available at the REGISTRAR’S office.
